Variant CJD - Documentary
vCJD is the human form of BSE (Mad Cow Diseae) and it has killed nearly 200 people in the UK.
It has been described as a ticking time bomb, a manmade disease, resulting from BSE infected products entering the food chain - it can lay dorment for decades.
This documentary will explore the links between BSE and vCJD, exploring the ethics and actions of the British Farming Industry, the Food Industry and the British Government.

Our documentary is self-funded and to date it has involved filming in Glasgow, London, Portsmouth and Sussex.
Any money donated via PayPal will be used to cover filming intervews in the UK and USA. The donations will also help fund the purchase of archive footage.

Feature film written by Joseph Andrew Mclean - a drama based on the true story surrounding Jim Jones and his cult The Peoples Agricultural Temple Project who became notorious in 1978 when they were involved in a mass suicide which killed 918 people in Jonestown, Port Kaituma, Guyana.

Joseph Andrew Mclean has been commissioned to adapt Christine Lord's non-fiction book Who Killed My Son?
A drama based on the true story of one woman's campaign for justice over the death of her son and other victims of vCJD, the human form of BSE (Mad Cow Disease)

Screenplay - Deep Roots (The History of Dean Castle)
Joseph Andrew Mclean was commissioned to write a short script by Smudge Digital for an animated film on the history of Dean Castle and the Boyd family.
The film was projected onto the walls of Dean Castle for an audience of over 1400 people and is part of East Ayrshire Council's historical Deep Roots Festival.
